POWER FACTORS, LLC APPOINTS GARY MEYERS AS PRESIDENT

Power Factors, LLC, a leading independent software and services provider for renewable energy, has appointed Gary Meyers as President. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Meyers has held a wide range of senior executive positions and has a proven track record of driving profitable growth in enterprise technology companies.

Prior to joining Power Factors, Mr. Meyers was most recently CEO of FusionOps and VP and General Manager of Synopsys after its acquisition of Synplicity, Inc. in which he was CEO.  Mr. Meyers also served as Chairman of Exar Corporation. He earned his MBA at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at University of Maryland, College Park.
