Power Factors Deploys PPC in 200 MWp PV Plant in Spain
Power Factors has successfully completed the deployment of the Power Plant Controller (PPC) into a 200 MWp solar plant in Spain.
The project was developed by a renowned global integrated solar power company and is the first of two sites of their current 500 MWp Spanish portfolio.
The asset consists of several individual sub-plants, each with its own PPC to comply with the complex grid requirements.
With 135,000 solar modules and 1600 string inverters, the plant is equipped with seven energy conversion centers to transport the produced energy to the electrical network.
